Olde Hickory Spice Blend

Olde Hickory™ delivers a rustic and hearty BBQ flavor! The cracked peppercorns are specially selected to soften with marination and work with the meat’s natural juices. An excellent dry rub to enhance the natural flavor of ribs, pork roasts, and poultry.  Apply generously to taste. For best results, marinate overnight.

Ingredients: smoked sea salt, mustard seed, garlic, black pepper, onion, smoked paprika, kosher salt, turbinado sugar, hickory powder, tamari (gluten-free soy sauce) powder.
